Our Roots

When CEO Keith Kuhn founded Medbill back in 2005, he could scarcely have imagined where the future would take his small team of DME billing experts. Over the years, Medbill has grown into an industry leader, reshaping the way DME businesses approach medical billing with hard-earned expertise and cutting-edge technologies.

Medbill’s foray into medical billing software started small — only sparks. It wasn’t until joining forces with managing director Chris Delposen in 2016 that we realized we had the makings of a fire.

Our Purpose

Since then, our efforts have exploded into an industry-shifting, fully online SaaS with a deceptively simple philosophy: What if we put the user experience first?

As the chief visionary behind Medbill’s hand in the industry, Keith is a proud contributor to his community. He energizes those who work with him, demonstrating the company’s core values by giving back to those in need. His work at Medbill is its own kind of carpentry, building a dynamic framework for endless potential and healthy growth.

Chris Delposen

Managing Director

Employing his love for analytics, Chris leads with decisive strategic direction. When he isn’t synergizing Medbill’s operations, finances, and human resources, you may find him traveling or volunteering at church. Though his talents are best suited for activities that require no culinary skill, Chris’s direction continues to bring TrueSight to those who need it.

Tandrian Riddering

Product Owner

Tandrian works each day to ensure that our medical billing software stays sharp with all the features our customers rely on. Her collaboration with both business leaders and clients has made her an expert in user experience. Outside of work, Tandrian can be found resetting in nature or supporting her church in its missions efforts, both local and global.

Nancy Reinicker

Regional Account Manager

A Medbill regional account manager with a heart of gold, Nancy splits her time between finding bottom-line solutions for customers and caring for her Colorado community. Outside of the office, Nancy plays an active role in the Philanthropic Education Organization and puts her talents to work cooking and coordinating a frozen meal program for those in need.

Ryan May

Business Analyst

As Medbill’s business analyst, Ryan is a primary point of contact for the staff, end-users, and the development team. His analytical mind was built to create innovative solutions from technical data. A proud father, Ryan gives back to the children of his community by supporting the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Toys for Tots.
