TrueSight provides an interface where users can add patients, process orders and generate invoices. Part of this information collected for a patient includes details regarding how they want to receive communications. Using this information users can provide details regarding the patients orders, request updated insurance information, or let them know they have invoices that need to be paid.

Before the system will allow texting to patients, the patient must verbally give their phone number to the TrueSight user and give them their consent to text them. The toggle next to ‘Cell’ includes this toggle. Once the phone number is added and consent has been received TrueSight will then be able to send text messages to the patient regarding orders, invoices etc.
Patients will be able to reply STOP to text messages and we will remove the consent for their phone number automatically.
